1. Dionne has six steel balls of equal mass. If she puts five of them in one pan of a beam balance and one ball and a 100 g mass in the other pan, the pans balance each other. What is the mass of each steel ball?

2. The difference of two integers is 9. Five times the smaller is 7 more than 3 times the larger. Find the numbers.

4. The length of a rectangle is twice the width. The perimeter is 84 cm more than the width. Make a diagram and find the rectangles dimensions. (ill make the diagram you have to give the dimensions)_

6. A 2000 l tank containing 550 l of water is being filled with water at the rate of 75 l per minute from a full 1600 l tank. how long will it be bfore the two tanks have the same ammount of water ( i have the answer just need variable and equation)

they will be equal when each has half ie 1075 litres

either use
550+(75Xmin)=1075
or
1600-(75Xmin)=1075

75 X min = 1075 - 550
min = 525 / 75
min = 7

or
1600 - 1075 = 75 X min
525 / 75= min
min = 7
